Chef Kalyana Dissanayake is the passionate founder behind our pastry shop. A proud alumnus of the Sri Lanka Hotel School and an old boy of Dharmaraja College, Kandy, he brings a wealth of experience from both local and international kitchens. His journey in the culinary world is driven by a deep commitment to excellence and a love for creating unforgettable flavours.

What sets our shop apart is that it is the only pastry shop in Kandy owned and led by a professionally trained chef.
